    WeldonPC pinpoints the problem and gives you a clear plan before any work begins.

  3. Back up and running

    Approved repairs are completed, with your data treated with care.

Estimates on repairs are free, and appointments typically take about an hour.

03 Standards

The particulars.

Turnaround, warranty and terms, as WeldonPC states them.

Turnaround
Most software repairs, such as virus removal and tune-ups, are completed within 24–48 hours. Hardware repairs depend on parts: common parts are usually in stock, and specialty parts may take 3–5 business days to arrive.
Warranty
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty on labor. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year. If the same problem recurs within the warranty period, WeldonPC fixes it at no charge.
Data recovery
In many cases WeldonPC can recover data from drives with logical failures, such as deleted files or corrupted file systems. For physical failures it works with professional data recovery labs. You get a diagnosis and an estimate before anything proceeds.
On-site visits
Available for homes and businesses, with a trip charge in addition to the hourly rate. When an on-site visit is booked online, a non-refundable $135 dispatch fee covers the visit and the first hour of round-trip travel from Garfield Heights; longer trips add $135 an hour.
Remote sessions
Remote support is often faster and more affordable for many issues. Remote sessions booked online are for active Tech Support Bundle members.
Payment
Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Payment plans can be set up for larger purchases.
